Shawn Smith is currently the Manager of IT Solution Services & Operations at Sovereign Insurance and the President of Sagetech Systems Ltd. With a background in IT consulting, Shawn has held various roles such as Information Technology Supervisor at Frontier Plumbing & Heating Supply, Application Solution Designer at Suncor Energy, and Software Developer at Synaptic Inc. Shawn also has experience as a Software Developer at Dexametrix Inc and Arts Management Systems Ltd. Shawn holds a Computer Technology Diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and completed additional education at O'Reilly School of Technology.
