Roel Guerra

Roel Guerra is currently working as an Analytical Development Scientist I at Sovereign Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Roel worked as a Chemist ll, conducting various testing procedures per USP methods. Roel also served as a Quality Control Chemist at Trecora Chemical Inc, where they conducted testing on raw materials, intermediate, and finished products. Before entering the industry, Roel gained experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Houston-Downtown, where they worked on the reduction of R-nitrobinol using hydrogenation for compound synthesis. Roel holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Houston-Downtown and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from Lone Star College.
