Karlien van Ouwerkerk is an experienced HR professional and owner of Van Ouwerkerk HR interim & advies, providing interim HR management and consultancy services since March 2012. With a strong background in managing HR teams and hands-on advisory roles, Karlien has developed and implemented personnel policies and introduced new HR tools in various changing environments.
