Aya Honaleva

Aya Honaleva has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aya started their career as a Student Consultant at Vista International Corporation in 2018. Later that same year, they worked as an Emerging Business Relationship Manager at Bank OCBC NISP, where they expanded new channels with property agents and analyzed the financial condition of new clients. In 2019, they joined Shopee as a Subject Matter Expert, specializing in the FMCG category and providing comprehensive knowledge to live chat agents to enhance pre-sales service. Aya also worked as a Cross Border Analyst during their tenure at Shopee. Aya's entrepreneurial spirit led their to establish two Instagram-based businesses: Dulce Lips and Jimjams by Jordan. As the Business Owner of both ventures, they were responsible for various tasks including contacting suppliers, maintaining product selection, handling orders, and managing social media presence. In 2022, Aya joined Igloo as an Operations Associate and Harpy Drink & Eatery as the Chief Operating Officer.

Aya Honaleva graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2017 with a degree in Sarjana Humaniora, majoring in German Literature. Prior to attending Universitas Padjadjaran, Aya Honaleva completed their secondary education at SMA Pax Patriae from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Natural Sciences. Before that, in 2010 and 2011, Aya Honaleva attended SMA Stella Duce 2 Yogyakarta, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period. Additionally, in September 2016, Aya Honaleva obtained a Public Lecture certification from DAAD German Academic Exchange Service, given by Dr. H. C. Hans-Heino Ewers, on the topic of "For Children? For Adults? Multiple Addressing of Children's Literature in the Past and the Present."
