Steven McCown

Steven McCown is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in security and crypto-related technologies. Currently serving as Chief Architect at Anonyome Labs, Inc., since October 2016, Steven conducts research and development in areas such as encrypted messaging, identity management, and blockchain technologies. In addition, Steven holds roles as a Commissioner on the Utah Privacy Commission, Steering Committee Member for both the Decentralized Identity Foundation and Trust Over IP Foundation, and Technical Governance Board Member for the Sovrin Foundation. As the President and Founder of TekStarts, Steven provides consulting and development services, and previously co-founded RFinity Corporation, where an innovative mobile payment system was developed. Steven's earlier experience includes significant positions in technology leadership and product development, supported by a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
