Louis Almerini

Louis Almerini currently serves as the Interim CFO at ALFI. Louis has over thirty years of experience in the financial industry, including stints as a Managing Director at PineBridge Investments and as a Chief Financial Officer at Kellogg Capital Markets.

Almerini began their career in 1980 as an Audit Manager at PwC. Louis then spent ten years at Morgan Stanley as a Principal before moving to Merrill Lynch in 1995. At Merrill Lynch, Almerini quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a First Vice President within four years. Louis left Merrill Lynch in 2009 to join Kellogg Capital Markets as Chief Financial Officer.

In 2011, Almerini joined PineBridge Investments as Managing Director and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Louis was responsible for leading the creation of the company's first audited financial statements and rebuilding the global finance organization. During their time at PineBridge, Almerini also served as FINOP and Director of PineBridge Securities LLC, Director of several PineBridge hedge funds, and member of Global Risk Committee and Global Valuation Committee.

Almerini is a Certified Public Accountant and they hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. John's University.

Louis Almerini has a BSBA from Georgetown University - The McDonough School of Business in Business (Accounting). Louis is certified from The University of the State of New York Education Department as a Certified Public Accountant. Louis is also certified from University of Maryland University College in Leadership Development Program. Additionally, they have certification from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 27.
