Andy K. has a long history of work experience in the supply chain and manufacturing industry. Starting in 2000, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Technician at Weasler Engineering. In 2004, they were an Materials Department Intern at Strattec Security Corporation, and also a Supply Chain Manager, Production Scheduling Manager, Production Scheduling Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, and Supply Chain Analyst at MillerCoors. In 2015, they became a Supply Chain Manager at SourceGas, and in 2016 they were a Supply Chain Manager at Kohler Co. Andy then moved on to Gehl Foods, LLC in 2017 as a Director of Supply Chain, and in 2020 they were a Supply Chain Director at King Juice Co./Calypso Lemonade. Currently, they are a Director of Supply Chain at Soylent.

Andy K. has a Master of Science in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Andy also has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, which they obtained in 2010. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Production and Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained in 2004. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS, and in 2012 they obtained a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS.
