Nicole Rodriguez

Nicole Rodriguez has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of AI+ People Strategy & Governance at S&P Global from February 2019 to February 2025, overseeing strategy and operations across various functions including Communications and Diversity-Equity-Inclusion. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions including People Strategy Senior Lead at AMY O., where responsibilities focused on organizational development, and HR Director at Revlon Inc., where strategic initiatives were developed in partnership with the Global IT organization. Additional experience includes contributing to talent management at The Estée Lauder Companies and public relations at Michael Kors. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations, and Sociology from Villanova University and participated in a study abroad program at Universidad de Sevilla.
