Paulo has held leadership roles at S&P Global Market Intelligence as a Lead - Software Engineering and at IHS Markit as Director - Product Design and Development. Prior positions at Rand Merchant Bank and Standard Bank Group included significant responsibilities in business analysis, product ownership, and development management. Paulo holds a B.Sc Hons in Advanced Maths of Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed further education at Cambridge Spark in 2019.
