Rich Cordrey

Rich Cordrey is an experienced professional in learning technology and organizational development, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Learning Technology Solutions at S&P Global, where responsibilities include overseeing the North America Learning & Organizational Development charter. Prior to this role, Rich held several management positions at AutoNation, leading initiatives for learning systems, design, and eLearning, impacting over 26,000 employees. Rich's earlier career included positions at Tarrant County College as an Adjunct Professor and Lead eLearning Developer, and as Training & Development Leader at AutoStar Solutions, where a new corporate training entity was established.
