Visak Krishnamoorthy

Visak Krishnamoorthy is an Executive Director and Chief Technology Architect of Tax Solutions at S&P Global, with a career spanning over a decade in software architecture and development for tax compliance systems. Since July 2014, Visak has been responsible for designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems that automate tax compliance processes for various financial institutions, multinational corporations, and private equity firms, ensuring adherence to IRS and international tax regulations. Prior to S&P Global, Visak held the position of Chief Technology Architect at Compliance Technologies International, LLC from April 2007 to July 2014, and served as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2004 to 2007. Visak holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1999 and 2001.
