Victor Barrera Chacon has a strong background in sales and management. Victor started their career in 1998 as an Accounts Manager at The Design Unit. In 2000, they joined ARKETIPO MM as a Sales & Project Manager, where they stayed until 2008. In 2008, they joined Format Comunicación Creativa as a Sales & Marketing Manager and worked there until 2014. From 2014 onwards, Victor has been with SP GROUP Spain-France-Poland, starting as a UK Sales Manager and progressing to UK & Poland Sales Director, and eventually becoming the UK, Central & Eastern Europe Sales Director in 2020.

Victor Barrera Chacon has a diverse education history. Victor obtained a degree in Diplomatura en Ciencias Empresariales from Universidad de La Laguna in 1996. In 1999, they completed a BA/BA (HONS) in Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Victor furthered their education in 2006 by earning a Master's degree in Dirección de Marketing y Comunicación from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, with a focus on Marketing and Communications.

More recently, Victor pursued postgraduate studies at ESIC Business & Marketing School. In 2021, they completed a PSDV Postgrado in Dirección de Ventas. In 2022, they enrolled in the Desarrollo de Equipos Comerciales de Alto Rendimiento program, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

Alongside their formal education, Victor has also obtained various certifications.
