Lotfi Mhamdi

Lotfi Mhamdi is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Condor Electronics since October 2023. Previously, Lotfi held various HR leadership positions at Lafarge Holcim Algérie, including Directeur des Ressources Humaines at the Oggaz Plant from April 2019 to June 2023, and at the Biskra Plant from June 2016 to April 2019, where also served as a member of the Directoire. Lotfi's career in Lafarge began as Personnel Manager at the M'sila Plant in early 2016, after which there was a role as Responsable Administration du Personnel at Lafarge Ciment de M'sila from February 2014 to January 2016. Lotfi holds a degree in Sciences juridiques & Administratives from Jobs in Algeria, with studies completed between 1999 and 2003.
