Angela Chiota Teribery

Angela Chiota Teribery has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Angela worked as a Lead Cost Associate at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (acquired by MCR LLC in 2021) from March 2008 to October 2022. In this role, they played a crucial role in facilitating the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Joint Resource Council (JRC) investment analysis readiness decision (IARD) process. Angela participated in meetings to define initial operating capabilities, acquisition strategies, implementation plans, and maintenance philosophies, and produced alternative cost and benefit analyses for JRC decisions.

Prior to that, Angela worked at CALIBRE Systems from 1998 to 2008. Angela started as an Assistant Manager, Retail/Marketing at various retail stores, including Old Navy Clothing, Belk Department Stores, and K-Mart Corporation, from September 1994 to September 1998. In this role, they were responsible for merchandise control, shipment planning, and sales analysis.

At CALIBRE Systems, Angela held several positions, including Senior Program Analyst and Program Analyst. As a Senior Program Analyst from March 2007 to March 2008, they independently performed cost analysis using multivariate regression for the Standard Service Costing (SSC) project, which predicted resource requirements for Army installations worldwide. As a Program Analyst from March 2003 to March 2007, they developed economic analyses for an enterprise-wide Automated Information System (AIS), including cost estimation for legacy system retention, COTS software alternative solutions, and vendor service providers. Additionally, they were involved in problem definition, WBS element construction, data collection, normalization, quality assurance, and control. Before that, they worked as an Analyst from September 1999 to March 2003, where they developed and flowcharted business processes for the Army Business Initiative Council (BIC), produced technical manuals, and implemented incentive plans. Lastly, they served as an Assistant Analyst from September 1998 to September 1999, supporting the development and refinement of service delivery performance measures for an A-76 Cost Competition Study.

Angela Chiota Teribery obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University, from 1990 to 1994. Angela also earned a Certificate in Government Cost Estimating and Pricing from UCLA Extension, from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Angela holds a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst certification from the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis, obtained in November 2004.
