Charlie Price has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Charlie has held various positions including Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, and Consultant in different organizations. Charlie has provided Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support in strategic planning, investment planning, and program management for government agencies such as the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the National Geospatial Agency (NGA). Charlie has also worked as a Business Systems Architect, Strategic Planning Lead, and Quality Manager, contributing to process improvement initiatives, business development, and quality assurance efforts. Charlie has expertise in areas such as acquisition and program management, financial planning, and information security. Charlie has demonstrated the ability to develop and implement new methodologies and strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and document quality.

Charlie obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Earth-Space and General Science - Secondary Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1972 to 1976.

Charlie also acquired various professional certificates and accreditations throughout their career. Charlie earned a Professional certificate in Program Management Professional from George Mason University in 2006. Prior to that, they completed the Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) from Pink Elephant in 2005. In 2003, they obtained the P-CMM Lead Assessor Accreditation from TeraQuest Metrics Inc. Additionally, in 1995, Charlie attained the ISO-9000 Lead Assessor Accreditation from Stat-A-Matrix Inc.

In terms of additional certifications, Charlie became a Certified Master Naturalist through the State of Virginia in December 2015. Charlie also received the ITIL v2 certification from Pink Elephant in 2005. In 2003, they became a P-CMM Lead Assessor through TeraQuest Metrics Inc. Furthermore, in 1995, they obtained the ISO-9000 Lead Assessor accreditation from Oriel STAT A MATRIX. Charlie also holds a Certified Quality Auditor certification from ASQ, achieved in 1993, and a Certified Quality Manager certification from ASQ, acquired in 1999.
