Chelsea Ware

Chelsea Ware has extensive experience in undersea technology analysis and chemical/biological technologies, currently serving as the Deputy Group Leader for the Undersea Technology Analysis Group at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since April 2015. In addition to leadership roles, Chelsea has held positions as DTRA Research Operations Division A&AS Lead, Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, and Senior Technical Program Analyst. Prior experience with the US Navy includes serving as the Centralized Work Control Team Officer and Reactor Controls Division Officer, along with training at the Nuclear Power Training Unit and Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. Chelsea Ware holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
