Emiliano Aragon has a diverse work experience across various organizations. Emiliano started their professional journey in 2006 as an intern at the Center for Participation and Sustainable Human Development, where they conducted research and interviews for a local economic development program. In 2007, they worked as a Defense Analyst at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, conducting research and analysis on defense technology trends. Emiliano then joined Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. in 2008 as Deputy Director for West Coast Operations, where they managed customer participation in long-term planning efforts and provided strategic recommendations. In 2014, they worked at TechLink; Montana State University, writing articles to showcase successful technology development and commercialization for Department of Defense end-users. Emiliano has demonstrated proficiency in research, analysis, and communication throughout their career.
Emiliano Aragon has obtained a Master's degree in Pacific and International Affairs (MPIA) from the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS). Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Security & Conflict Resolution (ISCOR) from San Diego State University. Additionally, they have received training from the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC).
