Gabriela Winter

Gabriela Winter is a Military Operations Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since August 2020, with previous experience as a Propulsion Plant Watch Officer on the USS George Washington (CVN-73) from April 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included directing a team in reactor plant operations and overseeing critical nuclear upgrades. Prior to that, Gabriela attended the Naval Nuclear Power School from February 2017 to April 2018, specializing in nuclear power and graduating with a 3.4 GPA, followed by engineering training at the Nuclear Power Training Unit in Ballston Spa, NY. Gabriela's naval career began as a Division Officer on the USS Farragut (DDG-99), where Gabriela led a team in logistics and operations for a crew of 300. Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy, earned in 2015.
