Julie Huynh-Rusk

Julie Huynh-Rusk is a Senior Management Analyst at Koniag Government Services since May 2023, with extensive experience in project management and linguistics as a Localization Project Manager and Vietnamese Linguist at ManpowerGroup Public Sector since June 2019. Previously, Julie worked as an Account Manager at DataLab USA from January 2022 to May 2023, and held roles as Market Manager for Washington, Oregon, and Alaska and Lead Brand Ambassador at MKTG from July 2012 to January 2019. Julie's earlier experience includes serving as an AASI Certified Snowboard Instructor at Vail Resorts and managing clinical specimens at UCHealth. Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver and has further education from Willamette University and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families.
