Kyle Nabywaniec has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kyle began their career in 2003 as a Student Naval Flight Officer and later became a Naval Flight Officer. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a P-3C Mission Commander, Tactical Coordinator, Navigator, and Communicator for the US Navy Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) missions. Additionally, from 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Strategy Guidance Action Officer and IAA/ISR Operational Planner, supporting air operations objectives and providing planning services for USNORTHCOM. In 2012, they joined the US Navy as an Operations Action Officer and later assumed the role of Tactical Action Officer. Since 2014, Kyle has been working at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., serving as a Military Operations Analyst, where they provide support, develops solutions, and utilizes military operations analysis and subject matter expertise to assist military and government entities.

Kyle Nabywaniec completed their education at various institutions. Kyle began their academic journey in 1999 at the United States Naval Academy, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History in 2003. Following this, they pursued higher education at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2009 to 2011. Here, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Business Strategy. Lastly, in 2012 to 2014, Kyle attended the U.S. Naval War College, where they completed a program in Joint Professional Military Education - Level I. During this time, they studied Strategy and War, Theater Security Decision Making, and Joint Military Operations.
