Military Operations Analyst at SPA

Leonard Walk's work experience includes roles in various organizations and positions.

Starting in 1991, they underwent basic training, attended Sub School, SWSE A School, and MT C School as a student.

In 1993, they became a Missile Technician on the USS NEBRASKA.

From 1997 to 2000, they served as an Explosive Handling Wharf Supervisor at the Strategic Weapons Facility.

Leonard then became a Division Leading Petty Officer on the USS WEST VIRGINIA from 2000 to 2004.

In 2005, they became a Missile Division Leading Chief at the TRIDENT Training Facility.

From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Missile Division Leading Chief on the USS WYOMING.

In 2011, they joined the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as a Navy Senior Enlisted Leader, responsible for enlisted personnel's everyday lives and professional development.

In 2014, they became the NROTC Program Manager at NRD Richmond in the US Navy, a role they held until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Safety Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc.

Since 2018, they have been a Military Operations Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc.

Leonard Walk has a strong educational background with multiple degrees and certifications. Leonard began their educational journey at Valdosta State University in 2002, where they obtained two Associate's Degrees, one in Education and another in an unspecified field of study. Leonard then went on to complete their Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Trade, and Industrial Education at Valdosta State University from 2004 to 2008.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Leonard went on to American Military University, where they completed their Master's Degree in Intelligence Studies from 2009 to 2017. This degree is indicative of their interest and expertise in the field of intelligence.

In addition to their formal degrees, Leonard has also obtained two certifications. In October 2005, they became a Master Training Specialist through the US Navy, further enhancing their skills and knowledge in that area. In November 2016, they obtained a certification as a Counselor (Professional and Kindred) from the U.S. Department of Labor, which showcases their ability to provide guidance and assistance in counseling-related matters.
