Ricardo Beltran

Ricardo Beltran has a strong background in cyber security and engineering. Ricardo began their career in 2012 as a Test Engineer at the US Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), where they worked until 2017. Following that, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Cyber Security Engineer in October 2017 and stayed until March 2023. Currently, Beltran holds the position of Senior Cyber Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since February 2023.

Ricardo Beltran holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Washington State University, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, which they accomplished from 2008 to 2012.
