Angela Rice

Angela Rice is currently the COO at SPAARK, Inc. Angela has previous experience as a Program Manager and in Human Resources at AFMS Inc. Angela also worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at AFMS Inc. Angela started their career as an Office Manager/Insurance Agent at Bell Insurance Group. Angela holds an Associate of Applied Science in Human Resources from McKinley College, a Radiology Certification in Dental Radiology from Hagerstown Community College, and a diploma in Business from James Buchanan High School.
