Singrid van Waarde

Singrid van Waarde is an experienced educator and organizer with a diverse background in creative education and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vakleerkracht Kunst, Wetenschap & Techniek at Maakplaats on the road, Singrid will be providing art and technology lessons to primary school students. As the organizer of the Willie Wortel Award since 2018, Singrid promotes innovative ideas in various educational settings. Singrid is also the founder of DailyKids, which offers creative workshops for children. A dedicated teacher at Stichting Spaarnesant, Singrid has experience across multiple grade levels and has coordinated efforts to enhance technical education. Previous roles include teaching entrepreneurship at Nova College and managing sustainability projects at NMCX Centrum voor Duurzaamheid. With a solid educational background and extensive experience in the field, Singrid is committed to fostering creativity and sustainability in education.
