From 2010 to 2013, Jean-Claude was a Project Manager - Defence Aero at Rolls-Royce. Jean-Claude led a team of engineers handling control systems for defense gas turbine engines. Jean-Claude worked closely with customers and vendors globally, and was involved in setting up in-service support contracts and implementing solutions.

From 2000 to 2010, Jean-Claude held various roles at Rolls-Royce. Jean-Claude served as a Project Manager - Naval Marine, overseeing the control system solution of the Gas Turbine program for the UK Navy QE Class aircraft carrier. Jean-Claude also worked as a System Engineer, responsible for supplier management, project planning, and budgeting. Additionally, they worked as a Unit Engineer and System Engineer on different projects.

Jean-Claude Toussaint pursued their education in several prestigious institutions to advance their knowledge and skills in various areas of study. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Institut Universitaire Professionnalisé in Amiens, France, where they obtained a Master's degree in Automation and Electronics. Following this, they enrolled at Swansea University from 1997 to 1999, focusing on Power Electronics and earning an MPhil degree. Continuing their academic journey, they studied at The University of Manchester from 2006 to 2011, achieving an MSc with merit in Project Management.
