Davide Paparella

Davide Paparella is a skilled testing engineer and mechanical design expert with experience in the aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving on the logistic team for the European Space Generation Workshop 2023 at the Space Generation Advisory Council since November 2022, Davide previously worked as a testing engineer in acoustic and vibration at Rete Ferroviaria Italiana since November 2020. Earlier roles include mechanical design engineer at Danieli Group, where tasks involved 3D and 2D design and FEM analysis of various mechanical components, and project intern at CNES, focusing on centrifugal pump geometry and fluid dynamics simulations. Davide also participated in a CFD engineering course, served as a sales and marketing assistant at Tastewithgusto, and completed a master’s thesis on low aspect ratio wings during studies at Politecnico di Bari, Arts et Métiers ParisTech, and Pierre and Marie Curie University. Davide holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering-Aeronautical Science from Politecnico di Bari and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
