Donald Kulp

Donald Kulp has over 30 years of work experience in business development and technical management roles. Donald is currently the Director of Business Development at Saalex Solutions and Space Information Laboratories. In these positions, they are responsible for developing strategic plans, capabilities presentations, and business development roadmaps for identifying business opportunities in the DOD and aerospace industry. Donald also writes and responds to SBIR/STTR and OTA targets of opportunities and supports industry-wide symposiums and conferences. Prior to these roles, Donald worked as a Business Development Consultant at DCOSTA,LLC and Technical Director/Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Donald Kulp attained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California Lutheran University, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
