Xavier Foster

Xavier Foster is a skilled professional with diverse experience in intelligence analysis, empowerment coaching, cyber security, engineering, and data science. Currently serving as a Junior All-Source Intelligence Analyst Fellow at Space ISAC since March 2023, Xavier has contributed to the creation of threat reports and the analysis of cross-domain intelligence activities. In a concurrent role as an Empowerment Coach at Sims-Fayola Foundation, Xavier has successfully educated over 100 underserved middle-school boys, fostering significant improvements in mental wellness and academic performance. Previous experience includes a position as a Tier 1 Cyber Security Analyst at PISCES International, an internship with the U.S. Congress, and engineering internships at Collins Aerospace and the U.S. Army CCDC Aviation & Missile Center. Xavier holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, expected to be completed in December 2023.
