Alan Ling, MBA (Hull), CPA, FCCA, CREIF has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Alan began their career in 1999 as an Assistant Accountant at Mediacorp Raintree Pictures. In 2000, they moved to Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Auditor. In 2001, they joined JTC Corporation as a Senior Accountant. In 2004, they were appointed as Assistant Finance Manager at Avnet Asia Pte Ltd. In 2005, they began working at Prologis, where they held various roles including Accounting Manager, Director of Asset Management, and Vice President of Asset Management. In 2019, they moved to Digital Realty as VP of Portfolio Management APAC. In 2020, they joined Sunwood Group of Companies as Director of Fund & Portfolio Management. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Space Next Door.

Alan Ling has a varied educational background. In 1991-1993, they attended Yishun Junior College. In 1996-1998, they attended the Singapore Accountancy Academy and obtained an ACCA in Accountancy. In 2008-2009, they attended APREA and obtained a CREIF in Real Estate Investment Finance. In 2009-2011, they attended the University of Hull and obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management. In 2017, they attended the National University of Singapore and completed a General Management Programme.
