Jenifer Dsouza

Jenifer Dsouza is a Customer Insights Analyst at Space NK since July 2023, following a diverse experience in analytics and marketing roles at Bupa from October 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing dashboards and conducting analytical projects using SAS, SQL, and Power BI. Prior to Bupa, Jenifer participated in several internships, enhancing skills in business, operations, consulting, and technology through programs with Bright Network, and gained customer service experience as a Sales Associate at H&M. Jenifer's academic background includes an MSc in Consumer Analytics and Marketing Strategy from the University of Leeds and a BBA in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore.
