Wendy MacHleid

Wendy Machleid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical service operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Service Operations at Spacelabs Healthcare since October 2016, Wendy oversees a global 24 x 7 technical support organization, leading a team of engineers in troubleshooting medical devices and software. Wendy's prior experience at Verizon Wireless spanned over 22 years, where roles included Senior Management in Customer Experience and Technology Operations, as well as various managerial positions focused on operations, analytics, and customer service.
