Lilona Bye-Ferguson

Lilona Bye-Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lilona recently joined SPACES in 2022 as an Operations Client Support Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Achilles Group in 2022 as a Recruiting/Sourcing Specialist on a part-time contract basis. From 2014 to 2019, they were employed at BNSF Railway, where they served as a Budget Manager in Finance from 2018 to 2019, a Project Manager in Consumer Products and Service Design from 2017 to 2018, and an Assistant Manager in Marketing and Business Unit Operations from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Lilona worked at Kansas City Southern as a Control & Measurements Manager in Service Design from 2012 to 2014 and as a Manager of Crew Resources in Transportation from 2011 to 2012.

Lilona Bye-Ferguson attended Park University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Human Resources.
