Tyler Gillespie

Tyler Gillespie has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tyler started their career as a Utility Clerk at Strack & VanTil in 2012 and worked there until 2015. Tyler then worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Famous Footwear and as a Front Desk Representative at Duneland Family YMCA in 2015.

In 2016, Tyler joined The Home Depot as a Freight Team Associate and later transitioned to the role of Lumber Sales Associate. Tyler left The Home Depot in 2018.

From 2017 to 2020, Tyler worked as a Construction Laborer and Carpenter at Eco Homes of NWI, where they gained hands-on experience in various aspects of residential construction.

In 2019, they joined The Ohio State University as a Graduate Administrative Associate in Fitness Services and worked there until 2021.

After completing their graduate program, Tyler started their own company, ELITE Training, LLC, in 2021. As a Certified Personal Trainer, they design custom exercise programs, establishes long-lasting relationships with clients, and ensures progress towards fitness goals.

Currently, Tyler is employed as a Business Development Representative at Spacesaver Corporation, where they nurture sales leads, collaborates with industry professionals, and effectively communicates project progression to distribution partners. Tyler began their role at Spacesaver Corporation in September 2022.

Tyler Gillespie completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise and Health at Purdue University from 2015 to 2019. Tyler then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at The Ohio State University from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Tyler obtained certifications including a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in January 2018 and a First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in December 2017.
