Vinayak Pande has extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the furniture industry. Vinayak is currently the Assistant Vice President at Spacewood Office Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SOS) since 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Spacewood Office Solutions Pvt Ltd and SPACEWOOD Furnishers Pvt Ltd, including Zonal Manager, Zonal Head, and Regional Manager West. Vinayak also worked as a Sr Manager Projects at SPACEWOOD Furnishers Pvt Ltd, Project Sales Manager at BP Ergo Ltd, Manager Project Sales Mumbai at b p ergo, and Project Manager at Fenesta Building Systems and Blow Plast Ergonomices. Vinayak'sexperience spans over three decades, starting from their role as a Project Manager in 1994.

Vinayak Pande's education history begins in 1975 when they attended Bharat Mahila Vidyalaya and obtained a Primary degree in the field of Primary education. From 1984 to 1988, they studied at D D Nagar Vidyalay Nagpur and received a Govt Poly Ngp degree in Civil Engineering. During the same period, Vinayak also attended Government Polytechnic Nagpur and earned a Diploma in Civil Engineering. In 1987, they enrolled at the Rural College of Engineering Pimpri and completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Finally, in 1987-1988, Vinayak attended Government Polytechnic Nagpur again, specializing in Civil engineering.
