Mark Horton

Mark Horton is currently the Head of Talent at SpaceX, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to joining SpaceX, Mark was the VP, Head of Talent at Noom Inc. from October 2019 to October 2022. Mark has also served as the Head of Global Recruiting Operations at Citadel LLC from January 2017 to January 2019 and as Business Development from January 2016 to January 2017. Mark began their career in 2009 as an investment banking/market data analyst at Thomson Reuters before moving to Bay Street Advisors where they served as Vice President from January 2009 to January 2016.

Mark Horton has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University.
