Nate Everhart

Nate Everhart currently serves as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards and Employee Development at SpaceX, a position held since May 2014, where oversight of total rewards and employee development initiatives is provided. Previously, Nate was the Director of Total Rewards and Employee Development at SpaceX, managing related programs. Prior to joining SpaceX, Nate worked at Mercer from September 2004 to May 2014 as a Principal, specializing in executive and broad-based remuneration and incentive plan design consulting, and advising Compensation Committees and senior management on aligning compensation with company strategy and shareholder value. Nate holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Pepperdine University.
