Ricky Lim

Ricky Lim is the Senior Director of Mission and Launch Operations at SpaceX. Ricky has over fifteen years of experience in the aerospace industry, having worked as a mechanical engineer and systems engineer at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems before joining SpaceX in 2008. Ricky has played a pivotal role in SpaceX's success, overseeing the integration of vehicles and payloads as the company's Vehicle & Payload Integration Manager. Ricky has been with SpaceX for over five years and played an integral role in the launch of over 50 missions. Ricky is a highly skilled engineer with a passion for space exploration. Ricky is a key member of the SpaceX team and is helping to make space travel more accessible for everyone.

Ricky Lim attended Harvey Mudd College for their undergraduate degree, where they studied engineering. Ricky then attended Caltech for their master's degree in applied mechanics.
