Ricky Lim is the Senior Director of Mission and Launch Operations at SpaceX. Ricky has over fifteen years of experience in the aerospace industry, having worked as a mechanical engineer and systems engineer at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems before joining SpaceX in 2008. Ricky has played a pivotal role in SpaceX's success, overseeing the integration of vehicles and payloads as the company's Vehicle & Payload Integration Manager. Ricky has been with SpaceX for over five years and played an integral role in the launch of over 50 missions. Ricky is a highly skilled engineer with a passion for space exploration. Ricky Lim attended Harvey Mudd College for their undergraduate degree, where they studied engineering. Ricky then attended Caltech for their master's degree in applied mechanics.
