Steven Aguilar

Steven Aguilar, MBA, is a seasoned operations engineer currently serving as a Sr. Operations Engineer at SpaceX since July 2023. With extensive experience across multiple aerospace companies, Steven previously held the position of Sr. Ops Manager at The Boring Company and Manager of Launch Supply Chain at Relativity Space, where Steven established critical supply chain and logistics processes. Steven's considerable tenure at SpaceX includes various roles focusing on process improvement, supply chain leadership, and operations analysis for Dragon and Starship programs. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Mach 1 Global Services, and technology transfer specialist positions with NASA and Cal Poly Pomona. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in International Business/Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
