George Y. Gonzalez

George Y. Gonzalez is a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP since July 2012 and has held various prominent roles, including Trustee at Rice University and a member of the Council of Overseers at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business since 2021 and 2017, respectively. Additionally, George serves as a Board Member for the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce and was previously a Partner at Bracewell LLP from April 1998 to July 2012. George also held the position of Chairman at the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from January 2008 to December 2009. Academically, George earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Rice University, along with studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
