Austin Mertz

Austin Mertz is a finance professional with a robust background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business operations. Currently serving as an FP&A Manager at SPAN since October 2024, Austin previously held a role in investment due diligence at Elemental Impact and worked at Tesla for nearly three years, progressing from an intern to an associate in FP&A and business operations. With earlier experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst at ChargePoint, Inc. and Operations Manager at Are You a Human, Austin also contributed as a Financial Coach at Capital Good Fund and participated as a Fellow with Venture For America.
