Paloma Fautley

Paloma Fautley is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Systems Integration Manager at SPAN since March 2024, having previously held the position of Senior System Integration Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as Production Test Engineer at Saildrone Inc., where responsibilities involved executing and automating end-of-line tests for electromechanical systems, and a tenure as Mechatronics Engineer at Sofar Ocean. Paloma has also contributed to PARC, a Xerox Company, as a Member of Technical Staff and Research Assistant, and developed engineering curricula as an Independent Contractor with Make:. Leadership experience includes serving as Chair of the UCSC IEEE student branch and Camp Director at iD Tech Camps. Paloma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Robotics Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
