Phoebe Rak

Phoebe Rak is an experienced field organizer and leader in political campaigns and community engagement. Currently serving as a Field Organizer for Spanberger for Governor since May 2025, Rak previously held a similar position with Harris for President, where notable achievements included orchestrating three bus trips that resulted in over 52,000 door knocks for the Vice Presidential candidate. An accomplished student leader, Rak served as the Conduct Board Chair at Smith College, managing hearings and coordinating with administration, while also contributing as a Research Assistant in political studies. With extensive editorial experience as Editor in Chief for The Sophian and the role of Co-Host & Producer for the NewsHour Podcast, Rak has demonstrated strong communication and mentorship skills. Additional experiences include a Judicial Internship with the Superior Court of Santa Clara County and leadership roles in congressional campaigns, showcasing a commitment to civic engagement and community issues. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Psychology from Smith College.
