Luis Morales

Luis Morales is an experienced Substance Abuse Counselor at the Spanish American Civic Association (SACA), working at La Casa Halfway House since August 2006. Additionally, Luis served as a Caseworker for the Spanish American Civic Association for Equity, Inc. from July 2006 to September 2023 and was part of the staff at The Gate House for Men from August 2010 to February 2013. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Lincoln University, earned between 2012 and 2017.
