Brittany Roman has over 15 years of experience in the retail industry. Brittany is currently serving as the Vice President Global Merchandising - Apparel & Active at Spanx since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Aerie by AEO, Inc. where they held various roles including Vice President Of Merchandising - Apparel & Intimates from October 2021 to August 2023. Brittany also worked at EXPRESS as a Senior Merchant - Total Dresses from October 2015 to September 2016 and at American Eagle Outfitters as a Buyer - Women's Woven Tops & Outerwear from July 2014 to August 2014. Brittany started their career as a Marketing Intern at Shape Fitness in May 2008.

Brittany Roman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
