Shelby Lane has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shelby started their career at Maxim Health Systems as a Senior Wellness Reimbursement Specialist, focusing on data collection and ensuring data integrity. Shelby then moved on to various roles at Maxim Healthcare Services, including System Analyst, Application Support Specialist, and Human Resources Information System Analyst. In these roles, they were involved in gathering requirements, executing test plans, troubleshooting software applications, and creating reports using advanced Excel knowledge. Shelby then joined WillScot as a Business Analyst, where they served as a Feith systems administrator, Docusign administrator, and coordinated user acceptance testing. Shelby later worked as a Senior IT Business Analyst at Erickson Living, where they gathered requirements and wrote custom SQL reports for the myUnity application.
