Carola Wesche

Carola Wesche is a seasoned Senior Designer at SPAR International, with a career spanning over a decade beginning in January 2009. In this role, Carola oversees the conceptualization and design of projects while directing junior designers and collaborating with interior designers to enhance new store concepts and optimize user experiences for consumer applications. Earlier experience includes positions as a Graphic Designer at Sandenburg Concept Creation and freelance work. Carola is also part of the creative agency EERST, engaging directly with creative thinkers on innovative projects. Educational credentials include a Micro Master in UX Design and Evaluation from HEC Montréal, along with training in Team Leadership, Persuasive Design, and various UX and design-related courses, culminating in a BA in Art & Design from AKV St. Joost.
