Robbie R. has a strong retail background with experience in various management roles. They started their career in 2008 at Gap Inc. as a Customer Experience Manager and later joined Banana Republic as a Customer Experience Manager in 2011. During their time at Banana Republic, Robbie achieved high sales comp rankings, trained and developed the Customer Experience team, increased Customer Experience Scores, and participated in various corporate projects. Robbie also worked at SPARC starting in 2014, where they held positions such as Retail Operations Manager, Retail Director, and currently serves as the Vice President of Retail.
Robbie R. attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2004 to 2008. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications.
