ILIR DIKA, MBA, serves as Sr. Director of Real Estate Accounting at SPARC Group LLC since October 2001, leading real estate portfolio management, pro-forma analytics for new stores, and store-wide P&L reviews. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte & Touche as Senior in Lease Consulting, Prudential Securities as Lease Administrator/Auditor, Jones Lang Wootton USA as Lease Administrator, New Plan Realty Investment Trust as Sr. Accountant, and Toys “R” Us, Inc. as Staff Accountant. ILIR Dika holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
