Joel DeYoung, M.Sc., ICD.D

Joel DeYoung, M.Sc., ICD.D has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joel's tenure at Hothead Games involved serving as the Director of Technology, where they led global technology efforts and co-founded the company, experiencing significant growth in both revenue and employee count. Joel also served on the Board of Directors for Modo Co-operative, a car sharing organization in Vancouver. Joel's earlier experience includes working at Radical Entertainment, where they held various roles such as Producer, Technical Director, and Lead Programmer, contributing to the development and release of several successful game titles. Prior to that, Joel completed their high school education at The University of Winnipeg in 1990.
