Roy Reite

Roy Reite is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO of SalMar Aker Ocean since February 2022, Roy specializes in fish farming within challenging environments. Additionally, Roy holds the position of Chairman at Sparebanken Møre as of March 2023. Previous roles include CEO at Fjordlaks AS from September 2019 to January 2022 and CEO at VARD for nearly two decades until September 2019. Roy has also contributed as a Council member for DNV Council from June 2003 to May 2021 and has held leadership positions at Luminell Group and Sparebanken Møre. Educationally, Roy Reite obtained a degree in Marineteknikk from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1984 and 1989.
